Just as on an airplane they tell you to "make sure your own oxygen mask is secured before helping your children, so during the closure, you need to take care of yourself, so that you can better care for and provide services to your students and your family.  Here are some options that might help:

 

YOGA:

  • DOWN-DOG YOGA:  Customized Yoga classes for kids and adults - free until July 1st

 

  • Yoga Upload, with Maris Alyward - A variety of Yoga sessions for teens and adults focusing on strength-building, relaxation, and mental and physical health.

 

EXERCISE:

  • (Daily) - PLANET FITNESS DAILY WORKOUTS:   "United We Move" - daily 20-30 minute workouts.  Keep active while at home.  These are pre-recorded, so you can do them at any time of the day.  Execise is great for stress and maintaining a healthy immune system.
